A town's "buggy runners" group, created to help parents amid their busy lives, is celebrating its second anniversary.
The Bungay Black Dog Running Club's Buggy Runners was founded two years ago by Mae Taylor, a leader in running fitness at the club.
With a family of six-year-old twins and a young baby, Ms Taylor found fitting in a run around her busy schedule difficult.
So, she set up the group to help other parents and carers in the same situation as herself.
While also being a form of exercise, Buggy Runners also offers "a supportive environment" for the parents and their children.
Anna Wright travels from Norwich with her two-year-old son to join in.

She said: "It’s incredibly hard to get back into running after having a baby.
"Knowing there is a group here at the same time every week can be the motivation that gets you going."
Sam Ismail-Epps, a member of the group, said: "It’s the only time I run in the week.
"I used to be a regular runner, and I absolutely love it."

Babies can attend from the age of six months.
Ms Taylor said: "The group has a great social aspect for the toddlers as well as the adults.
"They chatter away to each other and it’s a great start to the week for all of us."

The group meets at the Bungay Black Dog training ground in Pirnhow Street every Monday at 10am for an hour's run.
The group is open for all abilities, from experienced runners to those who enjoy a gentle walk or jog.
If you would like to get involved or give it a go, you can borrow a running buggy from the club.
