Former Ipswich Town wide man Mark Kennedy has been sacked as manager of League Two side Swindon Town.
The ex-Republic of Ireland international ended his playing career at Portman Road, having made made 37 appearances for the Blues after joining from Cardiff City in 2010.
He started working as a manager at Macclesfield in 2020 before a stint at Lincoln City, where he was sacked in 2023 for reasons unrelated to results in League One.
Kennedy subsequently made the move to Swindon back in May, but has been sacked after just five months in charge following a 2-1 defeat to Salford City on Tuesday night.

The Robins currently sit 22nd in League Two - three points above the drop zone - with just two wins to their name from their opening 13 matches. There was a clear divide between the manager and the fanbase, although the frustration has also been aimed at those higher up at the club.
Swindon have subsequently made a surprise appointment, turning to Ian Holloway as their new boss. The 61-year-old, who started his managerial career at Bristol Rovers in 1996, last managed Grimsby Town four years ago.
