Former Ipswich Town defender Richard Keogh will take charge of League One side Blackpool on an interim basis after the sacking of head coach Neil Critchley.
The Tangerines announced that they had parted ways with Critchley after they began this season with back-to-back defeats.
Keogh will now take over as interim head coach after he returned to Bloomfield Road to become a first-team coach in June, following his retirement from football.
The Club can confirm Richard Keogh will take charge of the side on an interim-basis, starting with this weekend's trip to Cambridge United.

The 38-year-old spent the 2021/22 campaign at Blackpool, making 31 appearances for them, before moving to Ipswich in the summer of 2022.
He will be in charge of their trip to Cambridge United this weekend.
"Despite his best efforts over the past 12 months, there have been a number of disappointing results and performances which means that a change is needed to give the club every possible chance of competing at the top end of the division this season," owner Simon Sadler said, explaining the decision to sack Critchley.
In total, Keogh played 16 games for Town as he helped the Blues, the club he started out at as a boy, win promotion back to the Championship in 2023.
Blackpool currently have Town defender Elan Baggott on loan.
