Ipswich Town are closing on the loan signing of Napoli midfielder Jens Cajuste.
The EADT and Ipswich Star can confirm reports from Sky Sports Italy transfer specialist Gianluca Di Marzio the Blues are in advanced talks over a temporary switch.
The 25-year-old - capped 23 times by Sweden - made his name at Danish side Midtjylland before making a switch to French club Reims in January 2022.
He moved to Serie A champions Napoli last summer for a reported €12m, signing a five-year contract, and made 16 starts and 19 appearances for a team that slipped to 10th and reached the last 16 of the Champions League.

It's been widely reported that new Napoli boss Antonio Conte told Cajuste he can leave this summer.
The midfielder was said to have been in advanced talks over joining Brentford in recent days, initially on loan with an obligation to buy for £10m next summer.
It's also been reported that Everton could potentially turn to him as an alternative for Kalvin Phillips, a player that Ipswich are also understood to be keen on.
Ahead of Saturday's Premier League opener against Liverpool at Portman Road, Blues boss Kieran McKenna is looking to strengthen a midfield unit currently consisting of Sam Morsy, Massimo Luongo, Jack Taylor and Cameron Humphreys (injured).
The number eight was left vacant when squad numbers were announced this week.
Cajuste would become Town's seventh summer signing following the additions of Aro Muric (Burnley, £8m), Ben Johnson (West Ham, free), Jacob Greaves (Hull, £15m), Conor Townsend (West Brom, £500k), Omari Hutchinson (Chelsea, £18m) and Liam Delap (Man City, £15m).
