"Yeah, I'm really excited," Harness admitted. "It's what we work our whole lives for, to play in the Premier League, so I'm buzzing to still be here and just trying to do my best every game and be a part of the season coming up.

“It's going to be a full-throttle game and emotions are going to be high.

"I’m just expecting a packed-out Portman Road and an intense performance from us - there's nothing to lose, so we'll give it a good shot.”

And Harness, who arrived from Portsmouth in July 2022, has enjoyed the ride so far.

"It's been an amazing two seasons since I've been here and a lot of it, I'd say, is because of the manager," he said.

“We're looking forward to it and we're here for a reason - we've earned it being here, so we're going to give it a good shot and I think we'll be alright.”

Harness added: “It’s what every little boy dreams of.

"We’re just ready to give it our all and we don’t have much to lose really, so we’ll just have a good swing at it and I’m sure we’ll have more good times ahead of us.”
