Ipswich Town are yet to make a signing this summer, although they’ve been linked with numerous players since sealing promotion to the Premier League.

They certainly aren’t the only top-flight side waiting to complete their first deal - in fact, six of the 20 teams are yet to do so. Alex Jones has looked at all 20 teams and their transfer business so far.

Arsenal

No new signings for Arsenal yet, although the Gunners released Mohamed Elneny and Cedric Soares at the end of last season.

Aston Villa

Just the one signing, with Lewis Dobbin arriving from Everton for an undisclosed fee. Tim Iroegbunam has gone the other way, also for an undisclosed fee. This isn’t a swap deal, and the two players have made 27 Premier League appearances between them. OGC Nice have signed midfielder Morgan Sanson for a reported fee of £3.4 million after his loan spell came to an end.

Bournemouth

Leeds United’s Luis Sinisterra and Getafe’s Enes Unal have both signed for Bournemouth after completing their loan spells at the Vitality Stadium, signing for £20 million and £14 million respectively. Young goalkeeper Alex Paulsen has joined from Wellington Phoenix for a reported £2 million, while the Cherries couldn’t keep Lloyd Kelly, who joined Newcastle on a free. Ryan Fredericks, Darren Randolph, Jamal Lowe and Emiliano Marcondes were all released.

Brentford

Just one signing for Brentford so far, who added forward Igor Thiago from Club Brugge for a fee in the region of £30 million. Shandon Baptiste, Saman Ghoddos and Charlie Goode have been released while Michael Olakigbe has joined Wigan Athletic on loan.

Brighton

Similar to Brentford, just one addition for Brighton, who’ve brought in 19-year-old Ibrahim Osman from Nordsjaelland for £16 million. Adam Lallana has been allowed to join Southampton on a free while Steven Alzate has been released.

Chelsea

Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo has joined on a free transfer alongside 17-year-old Estevao Willian, who signed from Palmeiras for £29.1 million. Thiago Silva has left on a free to return to Brazil with Fluminense while Lewis Hall’s loan spell at Newcastle has been made permanent for £28 million. Teddy Sharman-Lowe has joined Doncaster Rovers on loan, with Dion Rankine and Charlie Webster completing permanent moved to Wigan Athletic and Burton Albion respectively.

Crystal Palace

Barcelona centre-back Chadi Riad has signed for £14 million. Jairo Riedewald, James Tomkins and Nathan Ferguson have been released, with Kofi Balmer joining Motherwell.

Everton

As mentioned, Iroegbunam has come in from Aston Villa for an undisclosed fee, with Dobbin heading the other way. Jack Harrison has joined on loan from Leeds United for the second consecutive season while Andre Gomes and Andy Lonergan has been released.

Fulham

No signing for Fulham, who lost Tosin to Chelsea as mentioned. Marek Rodak, Tyrese Francois and Terence Kongolo are among those to be released.

Ipswich Town

No signings or sales for Ipswich so far, who released Kayden Jackson, Dom Ball and Panutche Camara. Sone Aluko has retired.

Leicester City

Abdul Fatawu’s loan spell from Sporting CP has been made permanent for a reported £17 million fee. Marc Albrighton, Kelechi Iheanacho and Dennis Praet have all been released.

Liverpool

No additions. Thiago Alcantara and Joel Matip have both been released while Calvin Ramsay has joined Wigan Athletic on loan.

Manchester City

No new signings yet. Taylor Harwood-Bellis’ loan spell at Southampton was made permanent for a £20 million fee following their promotion while Tommy Doyle has joined Wolves for £4.3 million following his stint at Molineux.

Manchester United

Another club yet to make a move in the market. Raphael Varane, Anthony Martial and Brandon Williams have all been released. Omari Forson has joined Serie A outfit Monza on a free while Alvaro Fernandez has completed a £5.1 million switch to Portuguese giants Benfica.

Newcastle United

As mentioned, Hall and Kelly are both in, joining from Chelsea and Bournemouth respectively. Paul Dummett, Matt Ritchie, Loris Karius, Jeff Hendrick and Kell Watts have all been released, with the latter joining Cambridge United.

Nottingham Forest

18-year-old Eric da Silva Moreira has joined from St Pauli for an undisclosed fee. Remo Freuler has moved to Bologna following his loan spell at the Serie A club for £3.4 million. Felipe, Cheikhou Kouyate, Wayne Hennessey, Harry Arter, Loic Mbe Soh and Scott McKenna have all been released.

Southampton

Harwood-Bellis and Lallana have joined from Manchester City and Brighton. Stuart Armstrong, Jake Vokins and Dynel Simeu have been released. Ollie Wright has joined Yeovil Town on loan.

Tottenham Hotspur

Lucas Bergvall has completed his £8.5 million move from Djurgarden, with Timo Werner re-joining on loan from RB Leipzig after his successful stint in North London last season. Spurs will have an option to buy the German at the end of the season. Eric Dier has sealed a permanent move to Bayern Munich for just £3 million while Ivan Perisic has joined Hajduk Split on a free. Ryan Sessegnon, Japhet Tanganga and Tanguy Ndombele have been released.

West Ham

Luis Guilherme is in, signing from Palmeiras for £25 million. Goalkeeper Wes Foderingham has joined him on a free transfer from Sheffield United. Going the other way, Thilo Kehrer has joined AS Monaco for £9.5 million following his loan spell with the Ligue 1 club, while Dan Chesters and Jacob Knightbridge have signed for Salford City and Oxford United respectively.

Wolves

Tommy Doyle’s aforementioned permanent switch has been completed. He’ll be joined at Molineux by Rodrigo Gomes, who joined from Braga for £12.7 million, with Pedro Lima signing from Recife for £8.45 million. Bendeguz Bolla has left, signing for Rapid Vienna on a free transfer.
