The 23-year-old had been part of the Gunners' youth system for 15 years, having joined at the age of eight, but he didn't make an appearance for the senior team.

John-Jules is one of 22 players to be leaving the Emirates Stadium this summer after they narrowly missed out on the Premier League title.
He spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Derby County in League One, but he only managed 14 appearances in all competitions due to quad and hamstring problems as the Rams won automatic promotion back to the Championship.
The forward's loan was cut short in February but he did return to Pride Park to train at the end of the season, albeit that he did not play any part in the club's final games.
He scored three goals in 21 appearances for the Blues as they won promotion to the second tier but also suffered injuries during his spell at Portman Road.
