Ipswich Town fan favourite Jeremy Sarmiento took to the pitch again in the town last night - at the Goals football complex.

Sarmiento, who bagged four goals and an assist in 22 games while on loan at the Blues from Brighton, showed his skills in the cages at the centre in College Drive and posed for pictures with Town fans.

The 21-year-old, who claimed an iconic late winner in the 3-2 Easter Monday victory over Southampton, was sporting his Brighton training gear.

The flashy winger has often spoken of his love for Town and the club's fans, who frequently serenaded him with a song suggesting he's magic.

Speaking after securing promotion, he said: "The fans have been really, really good with me from the first day that I came in.

“Those first couple of games, at Leicester away when I had the equaliser, from then it was just crazy - every game I could hear my name in the stands, and that’s really nice.

“I’ve liked it a lot.”

The Ecuadorian international will hope to be in action for his country at the Copa America in the USA next month.

Ecuador's first match is against Venezuela on June 22.
