Incredibly, the Blues have lost just five of their 40 games this season, sitting atop the league with 87 points.
They're above Leeds United, Leicester City and Southampton, all of whom were relegated from the Premier League last season.
Leeds boss Daniel Farke has also been nominated for the gong, along with Liam Rosenior of Hull City.
The winner will be announced at the EFL’s annual awards ceremony in London on Sunday, 14 April, with the Championship Team of the Season, as well as Goal of the Season, also announced on the night.
Town will surely have contenders for both of those too, with Wes Burns' incredible trivela strike against Coventry in December likely among the favourites to win the goal of the season award.
