Ipswich Town forward Nathan Broadhead will undergo a late fitness test before tomorrow's Championship game at Cardiff City (12.30pm, Sky Sports).
The Welsh international - who has 11 goals to his name this season - limped off with a minor thigh strain in the 3-1 home win against Birmingham City and subsequently sat out victories against Plymouth and Bristol City.
Asked for a fitness update following Tuesday night's dramatic 3-2 home win against the Robins, McKenna said: "We're in a good place. Of course it was an emotional and high energy night, but the group have come through it well. There are no fresh injuries from the game.
"Nathan has stepped up his recovery this week, so he's not too far away from involvement this weekend. We'll have to see how he is today.
"Apart from the longer-term absentees we're in a healthy spot."
Asked if there was an update on full-back Brandon Williams, who has been back at parent club Brandon Williams since January for 'medical assessment', McKenna replied: "No, no news. He's with the Man United medical team and that's out of our hands. Our full focus is with the players that are here."
