Swansea City boss Luke Williams lamented his side's defensive errors in their defeat to Ipswich Town.
The Blues won a rain-soaked match 2-1 yesterday, meaning the Swans have now lost six of their last seven games in all competitions.
And Swansea's new head coach said his charges have to cut out defensive mistakes if they are to turn their fortunes around.

“We conceded the goals in a silly way. We didn’t need to concede these goals, so that’s disappointing,” he told the club website.
“We got back on level terms. We applied a lot of pressure, got an equaliser and then switched off from the free-kick and that’s where the frustration is.
“We gave everything to try to get back on terms again, I think the players threw everything forward and worked really hard, but we need to play less anxious and not switch off during periods of the game.
“The second goal is a key moment. This is a pattern at the moment of conceding so soon after we score and we have to keep working to prevent that.
“I think we were a match for the opposition, I don’t have any complaints about the work rate or intensity of the players at all, but it’s those key moments that are costing us."
Swans star Jamie Paterson agreed that the team need to focus on their concentration.
"It’s a tough one to take because I thought we were playing well,” said Paterson.
"We scored to get back into the game and get on the front foot, and it felt like it was only a matter of time before we scored another.
"Then, we have one lapse in concentration and it puts the pressure on again. It’s something we need to work on because that’s happened a few times.

"It doesn’t feel great because of the run of results that we’ve had, but we need to stick together and take the positives from pushing a side who are near the top of the table.
"It’s well documented that we’ve had a tough run of fixtures, but I feel like we’ve more than matched a good team here.
"We just need to stay positive. We need to get some wins under our belt and obviously we’ve got Sunderland away next. That’s another tough game so it’s not getting any easier.
"We just need to stick together, keep plugging away because I feel we’re not far off being a good team.”
