Ipswich Town boss Kieran McKenna and assist machine Leif Davis both feature in Sky Sports' Championship team of the season so far.
Sky Sports pundit David Prutton has selected his standout XI for the second tier during every international break, with left-back Davis an ever-present so far.
The 23-year-old leads the Championships in assists with seven, and in chances created with 46.
He was League One's top provider last season too, laying on 14 goals as Town surged to promotion.
And Prutton also retained McKenna as the league's top manager. The Town boss replaced Preston's Ryan Lowe in his side during the last international break.
Prutton said: "It's hard to look past him. Enzo Maresca (at Leicester City) has obviously done another terrific job, but it's Kieran's first time steering the ship and my word is he steering it in the right direction."
Sky Sports' Championship team of the season so far (4-3-3): Patterson (Sunderland); Ng (Cardiff), Goutas (Cardiff), Hoedt (Watford), Davis (Ipswich); Sara (Norwich), Dewsbury-Hall (Leicester), Browne (Preston); Summerville (Leeds), Rutter (Leeds), Clarke (Sunderland).
