Ipswich Town skipper Sam Morsy and back-up goalkeeper Cieran Slicker have both been called up for international duty.
Morsy, who's been in sensational form to start the season, has been named in the final Egypt squad for their games during the upcoming window, with matches against Ethiopia on Friday, September 8, and Tunisia on Tuesday, September 12.
Town's skipper last played for his country in November 2018 and has won seven senior caps.
However, he'll be hopeful of playing his way into the squad for the Africa Cup of Nationals Finals, which are being held in the Ivory Coast between January 13 and February 11 next year.
