Ipswich Town's on-loan talent Idris El Mizouni capped a great campaign at Leyton Orient with a double in the O's end of season awards last night.

Midfielder El Mizouni has been a key man for Orient on their way to the League Two title, playing 43 games, scoring three goals and laying on two assists.

And the 22-year-old was duly named both players' player of the season and manager's player of the season at the Orient awards bash last night.

The Tunisian international, who's played 26 senior games for the Blues, scoring twice, is under contract at Town for one more season.

The club have the option to extend that deal by another 12 months.

Orient's experienced skipper Darren Pratley recently said of El Mizouni: "This boy is going to go on and play at the top.

"We have got to enjoy him for the next few games and then hopefully he can come back next season."

Town's current central midfield options include Sam Morsy, Massimo Luongo, Lee Evans, Dominic Ball, Cameron Humphreys and Panutche Camara.

Luongo's short-term deal expires in the summer, while Rekeem Harper is due to return from a loan at Exeter City.
