Long-serving Bury Town manager Ben Chenery has left the club by mutual consent.
Chenery had been in charge at Ram Meadow since 2014, having previously served as assistant from 2012.
He departs with Bury sitting 11th in the Isthmian North table.
A statement from the club said: “Ben stabilised the club following relegation from the Isthmian Premier Division in 2015 and oversaw a year-on-year improvement in the Isthmian North Division.
“Unfortunately, this was interrupted by the Covid outbreak when the Club were enjoying great success on the pitch in both league and cup and two aborted seasons prevented the squad from achieving its full potential.
“The following two seasons have been inconsistent and following several meetings this week it has been decided that the club will go in a different direction. The Club will use the remaining two months of the season to plan ahead so that we are in a strong position to start the 2023-24 campaign.
“We would like to thank Ben for his service to the club over the past 11 years, both with the First Team and also in his position with the Club’s academy partnership with West Suffolk College and Culford School which he will continue to head up alongside Joe Yaxley.
“We wish Ben every success with his future career, and he will always be welcome at Ram Meadow.”
Assistant Manager Alex Rossis will lead Bury in their away game at Basildon United this weekend, with the club saying they will ‘comment on the vacant manager’s position in due course’.
