Former Ipswich Town loanee Massimo Luongo is training with the Blues ahead of a potential January move.
In news first reported by TWTD, the Australian international is training with Town for a few days as he looks for a new home when his contract at Middlesbrough runs out next month.
The 30-year-old midfelder spent time at Portman Road on loan from Spurs back in the 2012/13 season, making 11 appearances and scoring once.

He would potentially offer cover for the Blues in midfield, with Dom Ball out injured for the season and Panutche Camara also battling injury problems.
Lee Evans has only just returned to action too, with skipper Sam Morsy and youngster Cameron Humphreys being the only fit senior midfielders in recent weeks.
Luongo joined Boro from Sheffield Wednesday in September, but hasn't played a single minute for the Championship outfit and looks set to depart in January.
He's also played for Swindon, QPR and the Owls in his career to date, making 339 appearances and scoring 29 goals.
