Nick Knowles has issued a tentative update on his Strictly future after an arm injury forced him to visit hospital earlier in the week.
Yesterday, Knowles said on X, formerly known as Twitter: "Arm update! Today I have seen Dr’s and Physio’s who have been wonderful. I’ve had scans (I’ll spare you the grim details) and although it’s feeling a bit better today, the issue is, we don’t know if I can actually use my arm to dance.
"So tomorrow, I’m going to rehearsals with Luba and the physio to see just what my arm can do. Then the medics will make a call on if they think I can continue dancing. I am still really hopeful that I’ll be able to dance this weekend. So fingers crossed".
But how did it go? Well...
Good morning - I’m on my way to see what my dancing capabilities are…

DIY SOS star Nick Knowles was reportedly ‘incredibly upset’ after the injury put his future on Strictly Come Dancing in doubt.
The 62-year-old was first seen wearing a sling over his arm while in London on Monday after hurting his arm while changing a car tyre yesterday.
Despite only performing once, Knowles has already proven a huge hit with Strictly fans.
Strictly Come Dancing 2024
On Saturday, fans were treated to Nick Knowles getting a birthday cake to the face almost immediately, but arguably the biggest star of the show was Chris McCausland.
McCausland made history as the first-ever blind contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
And he stood out above all else.
One viewer said: "100% more co-ordination than me. Legend".
