A restaurant in a west Suffolk town has received recognition from the Good Food Guide as one of the highest rated dining spots.
Pea Porridge, on Cannon Street in Bury St Edmunds, featured in the guide for getting the best value out of the 'highest rated big hitters' last week.
The Good Food Guide mentioned that the family-run neighbourhood restaurant has a "cosy rustic feel" from the exposed brick and set up.

A "moorish accent to the produce-focused dishes" including Cretan galomizithra cheese with beetroot borani, pickled walnuts and pistachio and hazelnut dukkah were also recognised.
Pea Porridge in Bury St Edmunds was given a Michelin Star in 2020 and has retained it for four years.
In 2023, the eatery was named the cheapest Michelin Star restaurant in the UK - with a four-course lunch costing £50 from Thursday until Saturday.
