A forest school on the border of the Broads has embraced a Japanese concept to help adults' wellbeing.
Beccles Forest School has launched a "forest bathing brunch" every Wednesday morning on the wild meadow by Beccles Common.
The concept comes from Japan and is known as Shinrin-yoku, where studies found people who regularly spent time amongst trees led healthier lives.
The closest translation is forest bathing and the idea is to be quiet and absorb phytoncides - the airborne particles released from trees.
The aim is to sit and observe nature without distraction to boost health and wellbeing.

Po Midwinter, forest school leader and co-director, said: "I was inspired to start these sessions based on feedback from parents attending our stay and play sessions.
"Parents were tired and lacking time to themselves, and they needed that time outdoors."
The sessions begin with a guided meditation and time for silence, before coming together around a fire for hot drinks and crumpets cooked on the fire to discuss the session.

Rach Whitwood, co-director, said: "It's a beautiful space to pause and be present in nature.
"On a frosty morning, you're sheltered by the native species of plants and trees, and with the cobwebs glistening in the tall hemlock, the stillness feels almost magical.
"Forest bathing gives us an opportunity to focus on our own wellbeing - something that we know is important but often so difficult to prioritise.
"We are a small Community Interest Company who believe wholeheartedly that a deep connection with the natural world is central to creating sustainable well-being for us all.
"We want to hold space for the adults in our community to build on this connection and our forest bathing brunch is a wonderful step towards this goal."
