A stand-up comedian will bring his show to a Suffolk village theatre next summer.
Scott Bennett, along with special guests Nina Gilligan, Matt Bragg and Andrew Bird, will take to the stage at the Historic Lavenham Theatre on August 14, 2025.
Described as "an evening guaranteed to have you laughing out loud" and "not to be missed", the gates will open from 6pm and tickets are £26.95.
Bennett started in comedy in late 2009 and his last two shows, Leap Year and Relax, were nominated for 'Best Show' at the Leicester Comedy Festival.
In 2023 Bennett recorded his first Radio 4 special entitled 'Stuff' and also supported Mickey Flanagan on tour - including a 10,000-seat arena show in Nottingham.
In 2021 he recorded his debut for Live at the Apollo on BBC1 and was a regular guest on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz, The Now Show, The Likely Dads and Elephant in the Room with Sarah Millican.
During the lockdown of 2020, Bennett pioneered the viral hit, Stand up from the Shed, and in 2022 he was nominated as Best Club Comedian in the Chortle awards.
