Five cars involved in two crashes on A14 outside have brought traffic to a standstill while police clear the road.
Police were called to the A14 outside Sproughton, near Ipswich, just before 5pm on Thursday after reports there had been a crash involving three cars.
Later reports suggested there was another crash further up the road involving another two cars.
No injuries have been reported however police remain on scene while the vehicle recovery process is carried out.
As a result, traffic has built up along the road with drivers asked to avoid the area if possible.
