A person was trapped in car after a two-vehicle crash near a town.
Police were called to the incident just before 4.30pm on Thursday to Old Haverhill Road off the A143.
Drivers face delays as one of the cars was in the middle of the road.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was on the scene to extract the person who was trapped in the vehicle.
The East of England Ambulance Service is also at the scene.
Suffolk Highways is also at the scene as the crash has caused oil to go onto the road.
