A child was taken to hospital after being hit by a van on his way to school.
The incident happened at 8.30am today in The Street in Carlton Colville, near Lowestoft.

The boy was knocked off the scooter he was riding but according to an off-duty paramedic who was passing by, the boy was "up and moving" following the collision.
The child was taken to hospital for further checks by his parent.
