An adult and a child were taken to hospital following a serious crash on the A14.
Three cars crashed into each other late on Friday evening on the eastbound carriageway between junction 35 for Cambridge and junction 37 for Newmarket.
Police, fire and ambulance services all attended the scene.
The carriageway was closed for 10 hours until Saturday morning as specialist clear-up crews were on standby due to what was described as a "large amount of debris" blocking all lanes.
