Plans to convert a former brewery into flats are among the public notices to be aware of in Suffolk this week.
1. Cliff Brewery, Ipswich
Khan Properties Management Ltd has submitted plans to construct an eight-storey building for 80 assisted living units with associated facilities and car park.
The brewery will also be converted into flats with a single storey side extension and second floor rear extension.
Cliff Quay cottage will also be converted into seven units and incorporate a rear extension with associated facilities and car park configuration.

2. Swan Street, Boxford
An application has been submitted to Babergh District Council for the addition of an en-suite bathroom to an existing first floor bedroom at a property in Swan Street.
The kitchen floor will be lowered by 200 millimetres and a new opening with be made through an existing wall to the rear store room which will become a utility room.
3. Sproughton Road, Ipswich
Parkersteel Ltd is applying for a licence to use Brisko Metal Resources in Sproughton Road as an operating centre for three goods vehicles and two trailers.
Owners or occupiers who believe their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House in Leeds.
Representations must also be sent to Parkersteel Ltd at Vauxhall Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1HD
4. Stradbrooke Road, Syleham and Hoxne
The B1118 Stradbroke Road in Syleham at the junction with Green Street will be closed to facilitate a new water connection.
Green Street in Hoxne will also be closed from the junction with Stradbroke Road for 20 metres westbound.
The closure will operate from Wednesday, November 29 until Friday, November 29 with a diversion along the B1117 and B1077.

5. Stevins Site, The Strand
Sebastian Verganici has applied to change an existing licence to keep an extra four goods vehicles and four trailers at the operating centre at Stevins Site.
Owners or occupiers who believe their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House in Leeds.
Representations must also be sent to S R Utilities Ltd of 9A Gordon Road, Shenfield, Brentwood, CM15 8LR.
