Homes in mid Suffolk villages have been left with little or no water.
Anglian Water said a water pump issue is affecting supply in areas such as Haughley, Combs and Great Finborough.
This issue was first reported on Saturday morning and engineers are working to fix the issue.
A spokesman for Anglian Water said: "We are really sorry if you currently have low pressure or no water at all.
"We are working in the area now to fix an issue that is currently affecting our water pumps.

"As soon as the tankers are ready, they’ll be on their way to your area to pump water into the network to keep as many people’s taps flowing as we can.
"During peak times or while the tankers are refilling you may experience no water or low pressure intermittently while we work on the fix."
It is not yet known when the water supply will return to normal.

The ongoing power and water issues in the county come as Suffolk is being hit by Storm Bert.
The second storm of the season will bring gusts of up to 60mph to parts of the county across the weekend.
The strong winds are likely to uproot trees and cause "considerable structural damage".
