Emergency services are at the scene of an ongoing fire in a village.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called to a house blaze in School Street, Stoke-by-Nayland, at 6.43pm on Friday.
A spokesman said: "One semi-detached property is alight with a fire in the roof."
Crews are in attendance from across Suffolk and Essex including from Nayland, Sudbury, Long Melford, Colchester, Hadleigh, Ipswich East, Princes Street, Woodbridge and Haverhill fire stations.

Crews are using four hose reel jets and an arial water carrier to extinguish the fire.
Police and the East of England Ambulance Service are also in attendance.
Micha Eden Erdesz who lives nearby saw billowing smoke near a church spire and "what sounded like fireworks."
"I first thought it was the church renovation project after I ruled out a bonfire on the green due to its intensity," he said.
"When I arrived there was already water pouring down School Street from the engines and many fire services in action.
"They were cooling the buildings on all sides to stop them catching alight."
This is an ongoing incident with more to follow.
