Railway lines in and out of Lowestoft are blocked due to a fault with a river swing bridge.
Greater Anglia has said that as a result of the fault they are unable to run services between Lowestoft and Norwich.
The rail operator added cancellations are also expected between Ipswich and Lowestoft, as trains are unable to get from the depot in Norwich to Lowestoft.
A spokesman for Greater Anglia has said that a rail replacement bus service is in operation between Lowestoft and Norwich.
The spokesman added: "Please note that the only stations that can be served by the Buses are Lowestoft, Oulton Broad North and Norwich."
It is not yet clear when the issue will be fixed.
