A 30-year-old man from Felistowe has been given a community order after assaulting a woman.
Ashely Webb, of Chestnut Close, Felixstowe, was before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court for sentencing after admitting the assault.
The defendant assaulted a woman occasioning her actual bodily harm on August 31 in Felixstowe, the court heard.
Webb was given a 12-month community order, during which he will receive psychological treatment.
He was also ordered to pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £199.
