A 58-year-old Colchester man who has admitted fraud in relation to two Mercedes vans worth a total of £36,000 will be sentenced in January.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday for a plea and trial preparation hearing was John Marshall of Berechurch Road, Colchester.
Marshall pleaded guilty to fraud between June 1, 2022 and March 26, 2023 by falsely representing that he would sell two Mercedes vans worth £36,500.
Marshall, who has no previous convictions, will be sentenced on January 16.
