With Christmas just around the corner, Santa and reindeer Rudolph will be making a flying visit to a Suffolk seaside town as he begins his preparations to deliver presents.

This year, Santa will be starting his month-long visits around Felixstowe on Monday, November 25 when he can be seen in roads between Sea Road and Langer Road, as well as roads off Carr Road down to Adastral Close, including Manor Road and Manor Terrace.

The following day, he will be at Walton Gate estate, Bloor estate in Walton and Trelawny Place estate, while on the Wednesday, he will visit Walton High Street, Exeter Road, Recreation Lane, Church Lane, Ataka Road, Treetops, Ascot Drive and Gulpher Road.

On Thursday, November 28, his sleigh will be at Grange Farm Avenue and roads off it, while the following day residents in Wesel Avenue and roads off, as well as Grange Road to the Mill Lane roundabout, will be able to see him.

Throughout December, the sleigh will be visiting roads in the Trimley villages, Kirton and Felixstowe, while Santa can also be seen at the town's Morrisons store in Grange Farm Avenue on December 7 from 9.30am to 4.30pm, December 14 from 9.30am to 4.30pm, December 21 from 9.30am to 4.30pm and December 22 from 10am to 4pm.

Meanwhile, on December 14, Father Christmas can also be spotted in the town centre in Hamilton Road, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Santa's tour has been organised by a partnership of Felixstowe Lions, the Rotary Club of Felixstowe and charity Save the Children.

The evening runs all start at 6pm.
