Scores of schools, businesses and organisations have been donning their Pudsey ears and hosting events in aid of Children in Need.
Around 30 students from the inclusive learning department at Suffolk Rural College were joined by staff as they took part in the walk around the grounds of the Otley based college.
The fundraising event was organised by Sarah Brunning, an inclusive lecturer at the college.
Sarah who has been running Children in Need fundraising events for 16 years said; “I work with children and young adults so it feels really important that we should be supporting causes like this.
“It’s something that has always been close to my heart.”
“I’ll definitely be watching on Friday night."
At Whitton Sports and Community Centre a 24 hour non-stop walking football fundraiser is being held.
The event started at noon and will continue until noon on Saturday in order to raise funds for Children in Need.
Rather than playing against other teams, each club will divide itself into two teams to play amongst each other for two hour matches.
Organiser Glen Parker previously said that it was a test of endurance rather than a competition and had taken months of planning.
