Emergency repair works will take place tonight on a main road into a west Suffolk town.
The A143 will be closed in Haverhill from 7pm at Lordscroft Lane until 5am on Saturday.
Ehringshausen Way, the footpath, Sturmer Road and Rowley Hill will also be affected by the closure.

Suffolk County Council are closing the road to make urgent pothole repairs along the stretch of the A143.
A diversion route will be in place from the A143 to the A1017, A1307, A143 and vice versa.
