Two suspects escaped on foot after being spotted in a west Suffolk town at the weekend.
Sudbury and Haverhill Police were patrolling in Haverhill on Sunday evening when they reported a Grey Peugeot known to the force.
The car was followed by the officers until it stopped within a dead-end road.

A spokesman said the suspects left the Peugeot and fled on foot as police chased them.

The driver of the vehicle was later identified by police and will receive a summons to court for driving without a licence, no insurance and having a vehicle in a dangerous condition.
The car was also seized.
