A Pan Asian restaurant has announced it will be one of the options in a new food hall in Ipswich town centre.
Big Bro Bao, currently at Beach Street in Felixstowe, will open their second branch in the Tower Street Food Hall.
They are the first traders to be announced to open in the new food hall in Trafalgar House.
Big Bro Bao is run by brothers Joey and Louis James.
Joey said: "We were invited back in July by the venues shareholders to have a unit at the food hall.
"Mystery diners went around Suffolk and Big Bro Bao is one of the leading Pan Asian restaurants in the county.
"I think it will be a good fit in the food hall. They're putting a lot of money into Tower Street so it will be a great location for us.
"We have had to keep this a secret for a while but are happy to announce it now."
The Beach Street branch closed for the winter period until January whilst they remodel and refurb their Felixstowe branch reopening on January 18.
The pair hope to open at least six more Big Bro Bao outlets across the country within the next three years.
With the rebrand, they say a number of people are taking interest in franchising the business.
Under the vision, the brothers are moving towards a quick serve model, focusing more on Bao and some Dim Sums, as some options are more expensive and take time to cook and prepare.
Joey continued: "As a nation I think we are going more towards wanting quicker service and street food is taking over."
Big Bro Bao will open with its new rebrand and menu in the Tower Street Food Hall when construction and work on the building has been completed, with hopes of that being in December before Christmas.
