A venue in Suffolk is preparing to kick the festive season off in style - and host a visit from Father Christmas.
Father Christmas will set sail around the narrows of the winding River Alde, finishing his travels at Snape Maltings Quay.
The annual event will take place on Saturday, December 14 this year and is free to attend.
The barge will arrive at Snape Maltings Quay at 12pm but it is to be noted that timings are approximate depending on river tides.
The event has now been going for nearly 30 years, and has raised money for charities in the past.
