Organisers of a much-loved car boot sale have announced they will be hosting a final event this weekend before their annual closure.
The outdoor car boot sale at Stonham Barns, in Stonham Aspal near Stowmarket, is held every Sunday from April.
Organiser Simon Tilley has said that the event this Sunday will be the last one of the year.
In February, Mr Tilley announced that due to the rising popularity the event would be expanding to include car boot sales on Thursdays from the start of April.
However, in October Mr Tilley announced that Thursday sessions were cancelled for the rest of 2024 due to increasingly wet weather and shorter days.
Mr Tilley said: "I have decided to stop for the year and start again in 2025. We’ve had some great crowds and lots of dedicated sellers eager to make Thursday work.
"However, at least eight of our events were cancelled this year due to poor weather and we have been very unlucky.
Traders can turn up on the day to sell any unwanted possessions or covered stalls can be pre-booked to guarantee a main field position.
Dogs are also welcome to attend the car boot sale but as an outdoor event, it is weather dependent.
