An appeal has been launched to find witnesses to a crash that closed the A14 on the Suffolk-Cambridgeshire border for three hours at the weekend.
Police were called to a two-vehicle crash on the eastbound carriageway near Newmarket in west Suffolk at about 7.05pm on Sunday.
A silver Mazda MX-5 and black Ford Focus were involved in the crash.
Minor injuries were reported and the carriageway was cleared by 10pm, police confirmed.
Now, officers from Cambridgeshire police are appealing for witnesses to come forward with information.
PC Sam Shepherd, of Cambridgeshire police, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who has dashcam or may have seen the Focus and the Mazda before they collided.”
Anyone with any information related to the crash and those that were driving in the area at the time are being asked to contact Cambridgeshire police, quoting the reference number CC-03112024-0423.
