The owners of a much-loved restaurant have announced they will be closing down later this month.
The Galley Restaurant in Woodbridge will shut on November 16, having been in the town since 2004.
In 1994 owner Ugur Vata opened the original restaurant in Ipswich and following its success opened a sister restaurant in Market Hill in Woodbridge 10 years later.
However Mr Vata has now announced the business will close down.
During the last two weekends the business is open they will be serving some of the restaurants favourite items on their menu.
Mr Vata said: "The end of an era has finally arrived.
"We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the last 30 years in Ipswich and Woodbridge."
In the summer Mr Vata was celebrating three decades of running the business.
He said during his time at the two restaurants his customers have become his friends and they received a number of well wishes from people all around the world.
Three years ago, The Galley added to its offerings by opening the Creamery next door, making a variety of ice creams combining different flavours.
Mr Vata has said that although the restaurant is closing down the ice cream shop will remain open.
The ice creams have been very popular with customers, with even Hollywood star Benedict Cumberbatch popping in to try the "absolutely crazy" flavours and Griff Rhys Jones also trying the ice creams.
