Suffolk's scariest house did not just raise hairs over Halloween, but also its largest sum for a cancer charity.
Lorrie Thackeray opened the doors of his home at 54 Peterhouse Crescent in Woodbridge to visitors on October 30 and 31 and collected £335 for Bowel Cancer UK after being inspired by his mother overcoming bowel cancer.
This year was also the 10th anniversary of his house welcoming guests ready to be frightened and 441 people dared to go in.

Mr Thackeray said: "Halloween was a massive success with 441 people coming through over the two days with 81 on the first night.
"We have raised £335 for bowel cancer and this is the most I think that we have ever raised."
Mr Thackeray prepared a few more surprises for visitors, including a pneumatic jack-in-the-box, while he also created a special 10th anniversary birthday cake.
