A woman is set to appear before Crown Court next month charged with two counts of arson after firefighters were called to a house fire.
Joanne Wise, of Sweden Place in Brandon, appeared before Ipswich Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 31.
She is charged with two counts of arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered, relating to an incident on Tuesday, October 29.
It is alleged that the 48-year-old damaged a fire box and bin belonging to one person and damaged a fire door belonging to another.
Fire crews from Brandon and Mildenhall, as well as Methwold, Thetford and Downham Market, were called to Sweden Place at 6.31pm on Tuesday, October 29.
Firefighters found a front door was alight, and this was extinguished using one hose-reel jet by firefighters in breathing apparatus.
At Ipswich Magistrates' Court on Thursday, Wise did not enter a plea.
The case was sent to Cambridge Crown Court and is due to be heard on November 28.
