Original costumes, props and memorabilia from legendary films have gone on display an annual sci-fi and action exhibition.

The display at Moyse's Hall Museum in Bury St Edmunds opened on Saturday and will exhibit until Sunday, January 26.

The 80th anniversary of D-Day will also be commemorated as part of the exhibition through the display of costumes and props from Saving Private Ryan, Band of Brothers and Monuments Men.

For fans of comic books, the display will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Wolverine. The exhibition will display some of the origins of the character who made his comic book debut in 1974 and more recently on screen in the global hit Deadpool and Wolverine.
