Burglars have stolen farming equipment from a storage barn in Suffolk. 

Police are reminding residents and businesses to remain vigilant especially in rural areas. 

The warning comes after an intruder forced entry into a barn in Church Lane, Lidgate. 

The intruder forced entry into the barn on Tuesday October 29 sometime between 9pm and 11pm. 

Farming equipment, including a welder, a gas bottle and a pit bike, was stolen in the raid.
