A new restaurant could be opening in a town after a licensing application was submitted to West Suffolk Council.
LHK Ventures Limited is seeking a premises licence on behalf of Bellota for 43-45 Churchgate Street in Bury St Edmunds.
The site was previously Ben's restaurant which closed three years ago.
The application details plans for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises between 9am and 11.30pm on Monday to Sunday.
It also states the restaurant would be open from 8am until 11.30pm seven days a week.
