For 57 years, the Leather Shop traded at the top of Bent Hill in Felixstowe before closing a couple of years ago.
The store had been advertised through the town's Diamond Mills estate agents with a sale price of £125,000.
The shop was taken over by Patrick Naylor in 1985, offering an array of handcrafted leather goods, making it the 'go to' shop for generations of families when they bought their first leather accessories.
Visitors to the town also bought souvenirs from the Leather Shop to remember their trip.
