A police helicopter was spotted over a Suffolk village as the investigation into the death of Anita Rose continues.
Officers say the increased activity in the area of Brantham is part of ongoing inquiries into the death of the Suffolk mum-of-six.
The helicopter was above the town at around 8pm on Thursday and a police dog unit was also seen earlier in the day.
This comes after police recently revealed new CCTV footage of Ms Rose walking her dog in the hours before she was attacked.
Crimestoppers also recently offered a £20,000 reward for information into the ongoing investigation into the death of Anita Rose on Friday.
Ms Rose, from Brantham, left her house at approximately 5am on July 24 to take her dog, a springer spaniel named Bruce, for a walk.
Ms Rose was found unconscious on a track road near the railway line of Rectory Lane at 6.30am, and was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, in a critical condition after sustaining significant head and brain injuries. She died a few days later.
A spokesman for police said: "The activity in Brantham relates to ongoing inquiries as detectives continue to investigate the circumstances of the attack on Anita Rose.
"Residents can expect an increased police presence today."
Suffolk police were unable to give any more information into the operation taking place on Friday.
