The legacy of the Wightman name continues in Bungay after a new flooring shop officially opened.
Wightman & Co Flooring has opened their doors in 11A Market Place.
It follows in the footsteps of the former H. Wightman and Son store closing in the town's Trinity Street earlier this year after 163 years.
The new store is owned by James Wightman, Neville Howgate, and Tom Patrick, and will be focusing solely on "your flooring desires".

Mr Wightman, the son of the previous owner John Wightman, said: "It is a relief now we have opened.
"It keeps getting better day by day."
He said that while they will not be doing furniture or beds as the former business did, "it will be running the same just under Wightman & Co Flooring".
