The Thursday sessions have now been cancelled for the rest of 2024 due to increasingly wet weather and shorter days.
Mr Tilley said: "I have decided to stop for the year and start again in 2025. We’ve had some great crowds and lots of dedicated sellers eager to make Thursday work.
"However, at least eight of our events were cancelled this year due to poor weather and we have been very unlucky.

"The fields have frequently been wet and we have been lucky to have been open for two weeks in a row. Plus, we’ve had a few events where the forecasts have been wrong and this has affected the numbers.
"This Sunday we have a good forecast for the first time in ages and we are hoping for a great turnout.
"People love car boots as they love to browse, meet up with friends and grab bargains. It's amazing what people are happy to sell on."
