The royal seal of approval has been given to a group of fundraisers that walked across 11 counties and two countries for a homeless charity.
The epic journey called The Walk of Kindness was completed by six members of Emmaus Norfolk and Waveney and raised money to battle homelessness.
Three walkers who took part have experienced homelessness themselves.
The group completed the trek, which spanned more than 450 miles, at 1.30pm on Thursday, October 10 - World Homelessness Day.
They were greeted by a large crowd at Emmaus's Ditchingham base near Bungay and the walkers have raised nearly £50,000.
When they arrived, the walkers were greeted by the Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk Lady Pippa Dannatt, the Bishop of Norwich Right Reverend Graham Usher, and hundreds of well-wishers.
Lady Dannatt, on behalf of the King and Queen, welcomed the walkers home and said: "The six of you are completely inspirational, and on behalf of both their Majesties, and all the peoples of your home county of Norfolk, can I just say how immensely proud of you we are.”

The walk started at St David's head in Wales on August 26, and the fundraisers have been walking nearly every day since.
They followed Steve Eggleton's Via Beata, a new pilgrimage he created in Norfolk in 2009.

Cecile Roberts, Emmaus Norfolk and Waveney CEO, and who led the walk, said: “It’s very emotional to be home and lovely to see so family, friends and colleagues.
"It's lovely to get back and give everyone a big hug. I’m so proud of everyone on the walk and everyone back home at Ditchingham.
"It’s been tough at times, but we’ve never given up.”

One of the companions on the walk Mick Jagger, 63, is a recovering gambling addict and a former rough sleeper.
He said: “To raise money to help more out of homelessness is fantastic and we’re grateful to everyone who has donated money to the walk.
"But I wanted to raise awareness of the issues surrounding homelessness and I think we’ve done that.”
