A disabled toilet is out of action following an incident of "mindless vandalism", something that is occurring weekly according to council bosses.
The accessible toilet in Station Road in Woodbridge was found unusable after vandals stuffed it to the brim with toilet roll.
A spokesman for East Suffolk Council said: "Whilst this was probably just a big joke for someone, it meant the toilet was out of order before our cleansing team arrived, and then took extra time to clean meaning the toilet was out of action for longer still.
"Sadly, mindless vandalism in our public toilets is now a weekly occurrence across the district, including smashed toilets and human waste on the walls.
"We know most of our residents and visitors treat our public toilets with respect and for that, thank you."
People who see vandalism are being asked to report it to East Suffolk Council.
